摘要: Fifty-three persons occupied in a municipal waste incinerator were examined with respect to their internal exposure organic substances which may be produced during pyrolysis of matter. For this purpose the levels benzene blood, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and hexachlorobenzene (HCB) plasma, mono- (MCPs), di- (DCPs), tri- (TCPs), tetra-(TECPs) pentachlorophenol (PCP) hydroxypyrene urine determined. control purposes, 431 men women examined. Significantly higher values for workers found excretion [median (m): 0.24vs 0.11 μg/l; non-smokers], 2,4/2,5-DCP (m: 10.5 vs 3.9 μg/l) 2,4,5-TCP 1.2 0.8 HCB level plasma 4.4 2.8 μg/l). concentrations 4-MCP 2,3,4,6/2,3,5,6-TECP, controls had significantly than did incineration plant 1.7 1.2; 2,3,4,6/2,3,5,6-TECP: 0.3 No significant differences between detected blood 0.20 0.28 non-smokers), 2,4,6-TCP PCPs 0.85 0.60 2.2 or PCB congeners Σ 138, 153, 180: 5.6 4.1 The elevated hydroxypyrene, 2,4/2,5-DCP, biological material related waste. These elevations, however, are very small interest more from environmental occupational point view.
