摘要: Purpose – Portugal is a country with one of the highest seafood consumption per capita in world. The purpose this paper to understand Portuguese knowledge and attitudes towards relate it consumers’ environmental conscious. Design/methodology/approach Using an internet-based survey authors investigated relation socio-demographic variables frequency how about associated interest different information when purchasing products. Findings Results demonstrate high diversity species. Tuna cod are top species related convenience food traditions. There preference consume mostly at home prepared grilled.
