Sectorial energy demands and MARKAL allocations of energy resources in India

摘要: Based on current energy consumption in various sectors, a Reference Energy System (RES) has been developed for the Indian scenario considering efficiencies of use, conversion, transportation and distribution, etc. The data past sectoral demand have used to forecast future demands using appropriate regression models. These forecasts as inputs MARKAL model along with other techno-economic parameters find out optimal fuel allocations up year 2040.
