Feedback-Controlled Mode-Locking of Nd:Glass Laser Using GaAs

摘要: The passive negative feedback-controlled mode-locking operation of a Nd: glass laser using GaAs wafer as an intracavity limiter is reported. A long pulse train extended up to 700 ns with duration less than 3 ps was generated. single-pulse energy 60 µJ, which 6 times higher those Nd:YAP (YAlO3) and Nd:YAG lasers.
