摘要: We tested the hypothesis that maximum value of home systolic BP (MSBP) is a marker hypertensive target organ damage (TOD). conducted cross-sectional study 220 hypertensives. The subjects performed HBP monitoring using telemonitoring system and measured their for 7 days. Mean, maximum, standard deviation, coefficient variation SBPs were used as independent variables. Brachial–ankle pulse wave velocity, left ventricular mass index (LVMI), mean carotid intima–media thickness, atrial diameter (LADI) dependent Mean significantly associated with each TOD marker. MSBP showed stronger association LADI compared to SBP (p = 0.0012) significant relationship LVMI (p = 0.024). Our findings suggest measures, similar SBP. These results may indicate could be intervention patients fibrillation.
