Investigation of the dielectric, elastic, and piezoelectric properties of Cs2TeMo3O12 crystals

摘要: The complete sets of dielectric, elastic, and piezoelectric constants Cs2TeMo3O12 crystals at room temperature were determined by means the resonant technique impedance analysis. strain d33 d15 on order 20.3 29.2 pC/N, respectively, with electromechanical coupling coefficients being k33 = 36.6% k15 = 14.3%. Moreover, dependence electro-elastic was measured in range 0–150 °C, where elastic constant s44 found to possess relatively low coefficient (Ts44(1) = 77 × 10−6/ °C), variations k33 less than 3.5% 1.0%, respectively.
