摘要: Background This study aimed to examine the diagnostic and prognostic value of HN1 in terms overall survival (OS) recurrence free (RFS) liver cancer its potential regulatory signaling pathway. Methods We obtained clinical data RNA-seq expression patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas database, analyzed differences association different features. uesd ROC evaluate diagnosis capability HN1. evaluated significance by Kaplan-Meier curves Cox analysis. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was used identify pathways related expression. Results mRNA up-regulated cancer, associated with age, histologic grade, stage, T classification, M vital status. had ideal specificity sensitivity for (AUC=0.855). Besides, analysis model showed that strongly could be well-predicted prognosis, as an independent variable. GSEA identified 3 were enriched presence high Conclusion serves a biomarker prognosis cancer.
