摘要: Abstract By a solid state reaction of LaN, Eu 2 O 3 and Si N 4 , LaSi 5 La 0.9 0.1 5− X LaEuSi were prepared at 1900°C for 2h under 1.01×10 6 N m −2 nitrogen pressure.
