摘要: A serological survey of respiratory virus infections was carried out from 1998 to 2001 in Lecco province, Italy, as part a health monitoring programme population alpine chamois, many which died pneumonia autumn and winter 2000 2001; 194 carcases all age classes were found over short period small area. Eighteen them, examined postmortem, consistently showed signs severe fibrinous lobar or catarrhal bronchopneumonia. Samples serum 145 chamois collected hunted animals tested by neutralisation test against bovine syncytial (BRSV), viral diarrhoea virus, herpesvirus type 1 parainfluenzavirus 3. Positive results detected only for BRSV. The area divided into two subunits on the basis distribution deaths; areas where fatalities observed there significant increase BRSV titres at beginning outbreak. Furthermore, during hunting seasons antibody significantly higher mortality occurred. roe deer living same not affected had low prevalence did vary study.
