摘要: No studies have assessed the dose-effect or duration of opioid blockade in abusers produced by oral nalmefene, a micro-opioid antagonist. The present study examined profile and time course nalmefene subjective physiological effects intravenous morphine. To assess these effects, seven received (0, 50 100 mg) followed morphine 10 20 challenges every 24 h for 96 using Latin square randomized cross-over design. varied measure dose.
