摘要: The outcomes of immune responses are regulated by various parameters including how Ags handled APCs. In this study, we describe the intrinsic immunomodulatory characteristics oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) that improve Ag presentation ODNs (20-mer) containing CpG motifs induced strong Th1-skewed responses. contrast, those without enhanced cytokine production effector Th cells particular skewing toward Th1 or differentiation unprimed CD4 + T Th2 cells. These functional features were prominently envisaged when conjugated to Ag, and underlain facilitated binding ODN-conjugated Ia Despite differences between with motifs, both bound similar affinity kinetics. Immunoenhancing activities not sequence-dependent; characteristics, facilitation capture, enhancement cell responses, induction cells, shared randomly synthesized Ag. This is first study suggesting ODNs, independent sequences, enhance through promoted capture
