摘要: Abstract The ferroelectric behavior of thin films vinylidene fluoride (VDF) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) random copolymers with two different HFP molar contents was investigated. Films were prepared by solvent casting using dimethyl formamide (DMF) as the solvent. content cast 5 15%. observed remanent polarization (Pr) obtained from dielectric displacement versus electric field ( D – E ) data for 15% copolymer samples 80 50 mC/m 2 , respectively. Pr these is discussed in terms content.
