摘要: The reflections put forward in this text concern the clinical and practical difficulties posed by existence of patients PVS, essential ethical issues raised, combining these questions with theoretical experience. Section 1 presents methodology reflection as we see it. 2 describes condition PVS. 3 develops relative to PVS from French point view. 4 illustrates relevance debating significance such problematic situations, whilst defending a position based on philosophical conviction. 5 points out limits biomedical context, calls for closer source problems described.
