摘要: Rapid, transient induction of c-fos transcription follows treatment cells with insulin and other growth factors. This is mediated through the serum response element (SRE), which binds factor (SRF), as well accessory factors such p62 ternary complex factor. Using a gel shift assay we found that formation increased transiently within 2 min or phorbol ester several insulin-sensitive cell lines. However, mutations prevented this did not inhibit insulin- ester-stimulated in these We also identified novel SRF-containing multiprotein forms on SRE following insulin, ester, treatment. Formation complex, called band 3, occurred rapidly transiently, time course parallel to transcription. Band 3 formed gamma-actin zif268/3 probes.
