摘要: The invention relates to the use of a phospholipase comprising SEQ ID NO:1 (TNPEDWIHG) or having at least 75% sequence identity and aspartate position 5 in process for cleavage and/or removal one substrate from composition oil fat. Further provided is method obtaining increasing thermostability not NO:1.
