摘要: Abstract The Internet of Things (IoT) technology provides a lot possibilities to develop IT projects that offer the citizens platform services for better conditions living and transporting. Our study contributes topical subject smart cities analysing performance an IoT-platform based solution. It evaluates if IoT project can achieve business, environmental social objectives all together. We select test developed in Nice (France) where 5.000+ sensors are deployed on parking slots improve urban transport. benefits determined comparing data extracting from compared with two other similar (Marseille Toulon) which play role control group. analysis value creation capture suggest governance model private public collaboration. findings help managers understand private-public partnership then prepare future development.
