摘要: Metallurgical activities can generate a huge amount of partially vitrified waste products which are either landfilled or recycled. Lead Blast Furnace (LBF) slags often disposed in the vicinity metallurgical plants, and prone to weathering, releasing potentially toxic chemical components into local environment. To simulate natural weathering slag heap, bioweathering these LBF was studied presence pure heterotrophic bacterial strain (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) semi-flow through reactor with intermittent leachate renewal. The evolution water chemistry, composition texture were monitored during experiments. cumulative bulk release dissolved Fe, Si, Ca Mg doubled bacteria, probably due soluble complexing organic molecules (e.g. siderophores). In addition, biomass served as bioadsorbent for Pb, Fe Zn 70-80% Pb 40-60% released attached immobilized by biomass.
