摘要: The dense radial morphology appears in a number of systems undergoing branched growth. Neither ordered nor fractal, this pattern is characterized by large branches radiating from central seed and advancing behing circular envelope. We propose model for growth which self-consistently incorporates dissipation the channels. A linear stability analysis delimits conditions under can develop. Predictions are borne out numerical simulations evolving resistor bond networks
