摘要: Factor VIII inhibitors can trigger bleeding complications especially if they remain unrecognized (1). In the following case a prolongation of activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) was found using global coagulation test that carried out routinely before an enoral biopsy mucous membrane. Further analysis factors influencing aPTT revealed factor deficiency caused by acquired inhibitor. This report describes rare complication cardiac tamponade related to inhibitor and therapeutic interventions which led elimination.
