摘要: This paper presents the result of a surface wave study on azimuthal anisotropy in crust and upper mantle North China, makes preliminary comparison with S-wave splitting region. The pattern Rayleigh waves different periods exhibits obvious lateral variation, which is closely related tectonic divisions vertical layering China. In stable blocks Ordos Alxa significant rather uniform lithospheric down to 160 km; while eastern part China Craton, where lithosphere thinning occurred Meso-Cenozoic time, no detected depth range 80~150 km, may indicate that horizontal movement during process thinning. region characterized by layering, as evidenced inversion from waves. On other hand remarkable scatter apparent parameters also be attributed multi-layering and/or slanting symmetry axis anisotropy. Assuming multi-layer model, differences between most cases can qualitatively explained. future detecting resolving power should increased more measurements are needed order establish quantitative or semi-quantitative 3D model.
