摘要: Abstract A pilot-scale activated sludge bioreactor was filled with immobile carrier to treat high ammonium wastewater. Autotrophic nitrogen elimination occurred rapidly by inoculating nitrifying and anammox biofilm. As the loading rate increased, removal of 1.2 kg N m −3  d −1 obtained efficiency 80%. Activated diameter distribution profiles presented two peak values, indicating simultaneous existence flocculent granular sludge. Red observed in reactor. Furthermore, results morphological molecular analysis showed that characteristics were similar biofilm, while much different from It assumed formed through continuous growth detachment The mechanism formation discussed procedure model proposed. According experimental results, integrated fixed-biofilm reactor provided an alternative based on anammox.
