摘要: Public transport systems in a metropolitan area experiences several complex issues, like resource scarcity, allocation, congestion, reliability and so on, due to the dynamic arrivals of heterogeneous commuter exceptional occurrence unforeseen events. The progress these issues may lead economic losses, under-utilization resources, commuters' queuing delay. In this paper, we propose novel public vehicle allocation scheme based on Emergent Intelligence (EI) technique area. addition, demonstrate EI technique's capability for solving system problems. To do so, maintains historical information, arrival rates, avaialability, deficit resources surplus neighbor depots's agent. proposed scheme, is utilized collect, analyze, share optimally allocate effectively. provides reliable services (allocation scheduling) by coordinating with neighborhood depot's We have build mathematical models estimation utilization parameters. exhaustively tested simulation analyzed varying number vehicles, requests, different values scheme's results (analytical, comparison) show reliabiltiy, accuracy real time deployability.
