摘要: Alopecia areata is characterized by the loss of hair on scalp and elsewhere body. It affects approximately 2% general population. believed to be an autoimmune disease. However, its pathogenesis remains incompletely understood. Recent studies have revealed a substantial link between vitamin D alopecia areata. But underlying mechanism still yet deciphered. This article reviews current literature discusses possible roles in context (1) immune privilege follicle, (2) autoreactive effector T cells mast cells, (3) nature killer group 2 member d-positive cytotoxic (4) Janus kinase/signal transducers activators transcriptional signaling pathway, (5) regulatory (6) checkpoints, (7) oxidative stress, which are play important autoimmunity AA. paper provides new insights into research directions elucidate exact mechanisms pathogenesis. Calcipotriol, analog, has been reported topically used treating with promising results. Combination therapy analogs corticosteroids might also
