摘要: Calcareous peridia are produced by some Myxomycetes during sporulation. At least five basic chemical types of calcareous deposits recognized which have taxonomic significance at the generic, family or ordinal level. These are: (1) calcium carbonate with phosphate in globular form; (2) crystalline carbonate; (3) cryptocrystalline (4) oxalate and; (5) silicates calcium. Localization cytoplasmic is similar to that previously described for other species Physarales. Calcium sequestered mitochondria and vesicles on vacuolar cell membranes as seen TEM, pyroantimonate binding EDX. concentrated near peridial surface through invaginations plasmalemma may be mobilized from sources vacuoles. also associated a matrix apparently fibrillar layers polysaccharide mucopolysaccharide early stages During later sporulation, most densely external areas polysaccharide. SEM HVEM all document presence into both deposited where its final shape determined. The network fibrous mesh varying pore sizes. Channels pores opening onto regular feature. peridium influence site deposition material. Final morphology myxomycete influenced part composition material matrix.
