摘要: One-dimensional nanostructures having uniform diameters of less than approximately 200 nm. These inventive nanostructures, which we refer to as “nanowires”, include single-crystalline homostructures well heterostructures at least two materials different chemical compositions. Because are used form the heterostructure, resultant heterostructure will be well. The nanowire generally based on a semiconducting wire wherein doping and composition controlled in either longitudinal or radial directions, both yield that comprises materials.
