摘要: Various strategies are emerging for dosing antiplatelet therapies in preparation pipeline stent embolization adults. Hyper-response is associated with hemorrhagic complications. Hypo-response thromboembolic events. Dosing of agents highly variable, little consensus among experts adults–and even more so children. To date, stents have been deployed 11 pediatric patients, ages 4–15. A variety clopidogrel and aspirin regimens used, response tested only three who were all therapeutic. Thrombotic events occurred two neither whom tested. We describe here the first case a complication hyper-responsive patient undergoing placement stent. As use endovascular requiring dual anti-platelet becomes established, there an increasing need to develop titration protocols that minimizes risk thrombotic
