摘要: Abstract An evaporation technique has been developed to allow thin (approx. 200 A thick) detached single crystal films of gold be prepared. These are very coherent and uniform in thickness. Dislocation lines observed these with a density 1010-1011/cm2 The dielocations may move inside the electron microscope. prominent feature movement is occurrence wide ribbons stacking fault due splitting dislocation two partial dislocations. Cross-slip also. Annealing produced some regular arrays dislocations, including hexagonal networks at low angle boundaries. Small loops also found interpreted as resulting from collapse discs vacancies.
