摘要: The invention relates to a novel method for producing cDNA from individual cells after microdissection. inventive is inexpensive, comprises few steps and can be carried out also by less skilled laboratory personnel. obviates the time-consuming risky step of RNA isolation allowing lysis synthesis in same reaction vessel buffer solution which yields reliable contamination-free results. composed NP40, carrier DNA Super RNAsin©, as well dNTPs primers.
