摘要: A sustainable cell line of a Marek's disease herpesvirus (MDV) infected chicken derived from chick embryo cells which are helper factor (Chf) negative and have been treated with N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguansidine (MNNG) then converted the MDV is able to infect avians in vivo. The useful for vaccine production determining characteristics under various conditions.
