摘要: Amoebiasis, the condition of harbouring protozoan parasite Entamoeba histolytica, is a major health problem throughout world (WHO Expert Committee Report 1969). The prevalence estimated to be minimum 5% in United States, reaching maximum developing countries, where disease sometimes endemic (Pittman 1980).
