摘要: Abstract Objective The aim of this case report is to describe the use Dry Needling (DN) in myofascial tracks related pelvic floor (PF) management a male with Non-Relaxing Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (NRPFD). Clinical features A 42-year-old man, 20-year history frequent urination, was referred physical therapy clinic by urologist diagnosis NRPFD. patient suffering from sense incomplete evacuation and difficulty start urination. He had urinate every 30 min. initiation urination so difficult that facilitate it splashing warm water on his penis. Intervention outcome DN performed for 10 sessions. first three sessions were other day same week. In second week, twice at three-day intervals, such one session held per Selected stretching exercises prescribed session. results showed reported no during sleep, six eight times when awake. three-month follow-up telephone-based interview symptoms did not recur. Conclusion This study possible efficacy prescribing More studies are required clarify issue.
