Untersuchungen über das Schichtenwachstum von Kristallen

摘要: Es wurden Mikrofilme uber das Wachstum von Kristallen in Losungs- und Schmelztropfen hergestellt. Die Geschwindigkeiten der Wachstumsschichten gemessen, wobei sich Schwankungen ergaben. Zwischen Schichtdicken Wachstumsgeschwindigkeiten wurde ein Zusammenhang gefunden, mit Hilfe Adsorptionsschichten auf Kristalloberflache erklart wird. The growth of crystals drops solutions and melts is studied. The velocities layers are measured oscillations established. A correlation found between the thickness velocity which explained by adsorption on crystal surfaces.
