摘要: Polymer-based conductive adhesive materials have become widely used in many electronic packaging interconnect applications. Uniaxial ratchetting behavior of anisotropic film (ACF) was studied by uniaxial cyclic tension experiments. The effects mean stress, stress amplitude and loading history on the response ACF material were analyzed. Results show that (1) strain rate increase with increasing or stress; (2) has a strong memory history. Prior cycling higher restrains subsequent lower amplitude. will accelerate plastic deformation for material.
