Influence of Additives in Electret Nonwoven Fabric on Thermally Stimulated Current

摘要: Polypropylene fibers consist of a complicate higher-order structure and contain additives such as antioxidant, polar polymer nucleating agent, hence, the origin carrier traps is complicated. After carriers were trapped adequently into nonwoven fabric by corona charging, effect was investigated thermally stimulated current. As results, even small amount affected largely upon current enlarged intensity peak polarization charge. These phenomena may be result increase physical chemical formed additives. The originated from electret polypropylene found to closely concern with molecular motion polypropylene. Furthermore, charge increased filter performance.
