摘要: This paper presents the results of a data research on issue organizational identity, aim which was to explore current state discussion identity based analysis papers published in 10 world’s leading and management journals between 2000 2011, order identify paradigms, subjects, trends. After first selection 5509 papers, 92 articles dealing with specific were classified for analysis. Identity is not only an important perspective study within field, but it has also become relevant reference bear mind understand phenomena related organizations.
