摘要: We report, for the first time, use of surface-enhanced Raman (SERS)-active labels primers used in polymerase chain reaction amplification specific target DNA sequences. This method has potential combining spectral selectivity and high sensitivity SERS technique with inherent molecular specificity offered by sequence hybridization. The effectiveness detection scheme is demonstrated using gag gene human immunodeficiency virus. multiple probes simultaneous biological targets discussed.
