摘要: Either deficient or excessive of essential nutrients had adverse effects. Effects different levels prenatal zinc (Zn) and selenium (Se) on fetal neurobehavioral development remain unclear. To determine the effects cord serum Zn Se in neonates to explore possible threshold level based neurodevelopment, we conducted this epidemiological research. In multi-center study, investigated these questions 927 mother-newborn pairs Shanghai, China, from 2008 through 2009. Umbilical concentrations were measured Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NBNA) tests conducted. The median 794.3 μg/L 63.1 μg/L, respectively. A nonlinear relationship was observed between NBNA after adjusting for potential confounders. score decreased with increasing (adjusted β=-3.0, 95% CI: -3.6 -2.4, p<0.001). Additionally, an invert U-shape a 100 NBNA. adjusted regression coefficient 4.4 (95% 3.6-5.2, p<0.001) Se<100 while -6.1 -1.1, p<0.01) Se≥100 μg/L. Of infants, 50% high (≥794.3 μg/L) 8.6% (≥100 μg/L). High both mainly behavior passive tone (p<0.001). Taken together, our study suggested that blood existed neurodevelopment prevalence high. Thus, supplementation during pregnancy should be considered caution China.
