摘要: In the cloud computing context, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are contracts between Cloud Providers (CSPs) and Customers (CSCs), stating guaranteed quality level of services offered by CSPs. Existing SLAs focus only on few service terms, completely ignoring all security related aspects. They often reported in a way that is hardly understandable for customers. Moreover, they offer guarantees uniform customers, regardless particular characteristics or customers specific needs. This paper presents framework enables adoption per-service SLA model, supporting automatic implementation Security tailored to needs each customer instances. particular, process software architecture shown. A case study application demonstrates feasibility effectiveness proposed solution.
