摘要: Objective To develop an Animated Activity Questionnaire (AAQ) based on video animations for assessing activity limitations in patients with hip/knee osteoarthritis (OA) that combines the advantages of self-reported questionnaires and performance-based tests without many their to preliminarily assess its reliability validity. We hypothesized AAQ would correlate highly moderately questionnaires. Methods Item selection was pilot AAQ, prespecified conditions, International Classification Functioning, Disability, Health core set OA, existing measurement instruments, focus groups patients. Test–retest assessed 30 110 In patients, correlations were calculated between Hip Disability/Knee Injury Osteoarthritis Outcome Score activities daily living subscale (H/KOOS). 45 (stair climbing test, timed up go 30-second chair stand test) calculated. Results In total, 17 basic chosen AAQ. Video made showing a person performing each 3–5 different levels difficulty. Patients asked select level best matched own performance. Reliability high (intraclass correlation coefficient 0.97 [95% confidence interval 0.93–0.98]); correlated (0.62), but higher H/KOOS (0.76) than expected. Conclusion A computerized developed. Content validity considered good. Preliminary validation results showed reliability, construct needs further study larger sample size. Continuing research will crosscultural
