摘要: The extinction of a species, like the death an individual, is natural phenomenon. During long history life, earth has undergone several periods mass extinction. However, current crisis differs from preceding ones as it resulted human activities. accelerated erosion biodiversity being manifested at three levels, affecting (1) diversity our planet's ecosystems and landscapes, (2) richness species in most parts world, (3) genetic wild domesticated ones. Here patterns, causes, extent such losses are addressed.
