摘要: cAMP responsive element binding protein 1 (CREB1) has been reported to be implicated in tumor development and progression of human cancers. However, the clinical significance regulatory mechanisms CREB1 expression gastric cancer remain largely unknown. In present study, immunohistochemistry was performed detect 185 primary tissues, 50 secondary lymph node metastatic foci nontumorous tissues. A prognostic model combining with TNM stage constructed by logistic regression analysis. Regulation miRNAs investigated luciferase reporter assay Western blot. It shown that highly expressed correlated metastasis, distant metastasis poor outcome cancer. The proven an independent prognosis predictor better than or alone. identified as a direct target miR-27b miR-200b, down-regulated miR-27b/miR-200b. We conclude is promising biomarker predict patient cancer, miR-27b/miR-200b-CREB1 pathway may serve potential molecular for treatment
