摘要: Abstract In present study, jute fibers were pre-treated with ozone gas to remove the lignin. The effect of treatment on change in single fiber strength, surface morphology, whiteness, moisture absorbency, etc was studied. For comparison purpose, chemical pre-treatment also carried out. subsequent step, untreated, and hydrolyzed by cellulase enzymes for separation longer micro crystals. influence non-cellulosic contents enzyme hydrolysis morphology obtained crystals presented. Later, 3 wt% these incorporated into poly (lactic acid) matrix prepare composite films solvent casting. reinforcement behavior evaluated from tensile tests, dynamic mechanical analysis, differential scanning calorimetry.
