摘要: It is widely recognized that the education profession has experienced an increased demand in rapid push to prepare students for 21stcentury. Although every child right a high quality education, it not certain student will be taught by teacher possesses ambition, goals, and accountability effective educator. Even more of concern growing body evidence that, given variety factors such as aging workforce increase enrollment numbers, projected number public school teachers average over 300K per year (National Center Education Statistics, 2011). In field agricultural alone, there been 20% decline newly qualified educators produced addition numerous teaching positions nationwide operate due lack (Kantorvich, 2010). For these other reasons, retention become important agenda item many leaders.
