摘要: Phosphoglycerate mutase 1 (PGAM1) is reported to be involved in spermatogenic dysfunction. However, the association between PGAM1 and busulfan-induced hypospermatogenesis cell apoptosis remains unclear. The aim of current study was investigate expression hypospermatogenesis, effect on apoptosis. detected mouse models by western blotting, reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction immunohistochemistry. Then, assessed TUNEL assay. potential mechanism downregulation cells were further investigated. results indicated that significantly downregulated compared with those normal spermatogenesis (P<0.05). Furthermore, assay revealed accelerated model hypospermatogenesis. In addition, knockdown promoted vitro, which associated P53/Caspase 3/Caspase 6/Caspase 9 signaling pathway. conclusion, these data indicate contributes regulating
