摘要: The e.s.r. spectrum of the title complex has been studied in non-aqueous solution liquid and frozen glass phases. is characteristic a low-spin 4d5 technetium(II) ion an axially symmetric environment with g∥=(+) 1.928, g⊥=(+) 2.045, A‖= 0.0236, A⊥= 0.0095 cm–1. small quadrupole interaction observed solvent dependent. A simple crystal field model, which unpaired electron located t2g orbital triplet, able to explain most features spectrum. consideration electronic parameters derived from g values leads conclusion that results are best explained by large tetragonal distortion octahedral symmetry strong π bonding between technetium ligands.
