摘要: This study presents the results of experimental and finite element (FE) simulation work carried out to evaluate friction lubricants that play a role in increased forming load distributions. The experiments showed significant increases visual pattern change was observed on formed strip surfaces. indicates tool-strip interaction is playing dominant increase observed. FE undertaken analyse details operation determine mechanisms behind load. It found stresses were greater once started flow through tool die opening required high loads. concluded from main cause loads drawing.
