摘要: Background The Classification of Psoriatic Arthritis Study Group published new criteria for classifying psoriatic arthritis (PsA) which included nail psoriasis. Our aim was to clarify the clinical importance disease in PsA patients. Methods We investigated types and severity by using modified psoriasis score index (mNAPSI) 23 patients with uncomplicated analyzed relationships mNAPSI fold psoriasis, area score, swollen and/or tender joint counts, distal interphalangeal (DIP) disease, acute phase reactants on Japanese version standard health assessment questionnaire. Results higher than that controls (4.8 ± 5.3 vs. 2.3 ± 3.7, P < 0.05). fingernail significantly associated DIP (8.6 ± 5.9 3.1 ± 3.3, P < 0.05) (6.7 ± 5.2 3.5 ± 5.2, There were no correlations between other systemic involvements. Conclusions involvement prolonged bed common patients. Nail would be related Koebner phenomenon local inflammatory patients, we suggested among disorders indicative phalanx enthesitis.
