摘要: Even though the rules for free circulation of machinery within European Union (EU) market have existed more than 30 years, accidents related to their activities constantly been reaching significant value. When designing a machine, design must stem from risk assessment, where all stages its life cycle and ways use it be taken into consideration. In industrial operations with old machinery, despite fulfilling function reliably, safety level is below developing requirements safe operations.
