摘要: The antigen receptor complex on the cell surface of T lymphocytes is one most modular signal transduction systems yet defined. This characteristic emanates from various mechanisms that promote intermolecular associations between αβ and enzymes transduce intracellular biological cascade (reviewed in 1). Among multiple proteins regulate cellular responses following (TCR) stimulation, CD45 tyrosine phosphatase a crucial effector. lack expression at are unable to transmit immunologic activation signals initiate TCR interaction with major histocompatibility (MHC) molecules (2).
