摘要: In this paper, we present a preliminary study dealing with the importance of correct modeling connective tissues such as ligaments in laparoscopic liver surgery simulation. We show that model these has significant impact on overall results This is demonstrated numerically using two different scenarios from surgery, both resulting important deformation liver: insufflation abdominal cavity gas (pneumoperitoneum) and manipulation lobe surgical instrument (grasping pincers). For each scenario, series simulations performed or without (fixed constraints biomechanical parameter literature). The numerical comparison shows ligament deformations can be at least selection patient-specific parameters, nevertheless observation depends simulated scenario.
